Hourly work

For analysis, vectorization, LiDAR and automation, or ongoing support.

  • Cadastral & utility vectorization$30–40 / hr
  • LiDAR, GIS analysis & mapping$35–45 / hr
  • Python & GIS automation$40–50 / hr

Long-term or high-volume programs: monthly or per-unit pricing on request.

Prices are starting points. Image overlap, ground control, terrain and the deliverables you need all affect the effort, so you get a fixed quote after I check a sample of your data. No surprises after the quote.

Turnaround

How fast

A dedicated multi-machine processing setup handles up to about 6,000 drone images per day. Typical delivery for photogrammetry, after data is received:

  • Up to 2,000 images1–2 business days
  • 2,001 – 6,000 images2–3 business days
  • Larger programsabout 1 extra day per 6,000 images, plus QA

LiDAR, vectorization and analysis timelines depend on scope and are stated in the quote. Replies within one business day (GMT+6), with comfortable overlap with US business hours.

How it works

From brief to delivery

  1. Send a brief. Data type, image count or area, coordinate system, deliverables and deadline — via the contact form or email.
  2. Sample check and quote. Share a small sample; I check quality and send a fixed quote and timeline within one business day.
  3. Data transfer. Send the full dataset through your preferred file-sharing link.
  4. Processing and QA. Processing, accuracy checks and a quality report.
  5. Delivery and revision. Files delivered in the formats you asked for, with one round of revisions included.
  6. Payment. Invoice in USD.

Case studies

Recent work, in detail

“M. Mashrur Zaman has processed over 400,000 UAV images into survey-grade orthomosaics, DSMs, and DTMs across 15 municipalities for our ADB-funded coastal infrastructure program and brought that same precision to a specialized runway crack detection study—on schedule, and to a standard we could hand straight to our clients.”

FAQ

Common questions

What data do you need from me?

For photogrammetry: the raw geotagged images, plus ground control points and their coordinate system if you have them, and RTK/PPK information if used. For other work: the source files (LAS/LAZ, scans, CAD, shapefiles) and a short description of the result you need.

What accuracy can I expect?

Accuracy depends on how the data was captured: ground sample distance, overlap and ground control. With RTK or good GCPs, survey-grade results are achievable. Every delivery includes an accuracy report so you can see the numbers.

Which coordinate systems do you work in?

Any EPSG coordinate system or national grid, including local transformations you specify.

Can I test you on a small job first?

Yes. Start with a small dataset or a sample area, at the small-project price, and scale up once you are happy with the result.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. Your data is used only for your project.

Where are you based and when can we talk?

Dhaka, Bangladesh (GMT+6). I work remotely with clients in the US, Europe and Asia and overlap comfortably with US business hours.
